Cancellation and Return Policy

General

Shipping costs for the product are to be paid by the buyers.
We deliver the products to all countries on average 5 - 7 working days
Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the designated person/organization at the address provided by the buyer, within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may cancel the order.
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's control, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the order is canceled by the buyer, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation.
